PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION: By participating in this event, you give permission for Hellenic Cypriot Cultural Association and SOLOMOS Web Radio TV to take interviews, video footage and/or photographs of you, your books, or artworks. You authorize for these photographs to be used by HCCA and SWRT for their corporate promotional purposes including but not exclusive to their corporate website(s), marketing collateral and social media posts.

ENTRY FEES: HCCA Writers/Artists: 100€, HCCA Members: 160€, Non-Members: 220€. Payment accepted only in Euros. The participation fee should be transferred only through bank account till the 1^{st of} November 2023. Account details upon request. Portions of the proceeds will be donated to charity.

If you are under 18 years of age, your age must be verified by a parent’s or guardian’s signature on the entry form. Teachers may not complete entry forms on behalf of students. We recommend that a parent or guardian check the entry form upon completion.

The final program will be announced at the end of November 2023. All registered applicants / participants will take a Participation Statement at the end of the event. BOOKS & ARTWORKS: a) Authors with foreign or self-published books participate with 1 to 4 titles. Until 15/11/2023, together with their registration, they send to the Hellenic Cypriot Cultural Association a copy of their books, a description and details regarding each book (type, price etc), their CV (word doc) and their individual photo (jpg file). They participate in the Book Fair with these book titles, they have a number of copies with them, available to the reading public. Writers participating in the “Express & Impress” competition compete by presenting their own book in 5 minutes in a creative, dynamic, imaginative way (only one book). b) Artists – creators, who declare participation – register and take part in the 6th Cultural Panorama of the HCCA in Thessaloniki, participate with 1 to 4 of their works. Artworks should not exceed 80cm in dimension each. The artists will send to HCCA by 15/11/2023 a high-resolution photo of each work separately and a full description of the artworks as well as the sale price. Moreover, they send their CV (word doc) and their individual photo (jpg file), as well as a miniature artwork tribute to the HCCA for their communication support needs. c) Independent writers and artists-creators have full responsibility and care of their projects and artworks throughout the events 15 & 16/12/2023. d) Depending on the participation, the projects will be placed on Thursday 14/12/2023 inside the event area.
