In all seriousness, if the content is interesting and the presentation is engaging, then 7 minutes makes all the difference for an ideally successful speech – presentation.” Sissy Sigiultzi-Rouka, President of the Hellenic Cypriot Cultural Association

Fair play. With education and culture, you participate fairly, clearly and firmly, away from temptations and egoism, with respect for the word and work of others, with respect and trust in the competition process, the jury and the participating public. The timer teaches us moderation, clarity, frugality, meritocracy, the jury bell teaches us trust, and the program rules teach us our rights, obligations and limits in society.
